I took it to have the tires rotated and found out that front wheels had locks on them person traded this vehicle in, did not include wheel lock key. I found the pictured lock information and ordered a new key. For sale, one Gorilla brand wheel lock key # 7061120. I took the locks off and reinstalled factory lug nuts that were in glove box.

This is a single replacement key #7061120 and no locking lug nuts.This item works as it should. This key was used to remove two front wheel locks on a 2014 Ford that I purchased this spring.
